You will LOVE this beautifully decorated house and its location, two houses in from the corner of 12th Street and Wesley Avenue! It's just a block from the beach and boardwalk and a few streets from Starbucks and the adorable shops on Asbury. This is an amazing 4 BR, 2 BA house. Summary: If I could give this property and our experience more stars, I would. We loved our 3-night stay at Sunblest. The home is well-appointed, cozy, and just a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. Julie’s guest-focused attention to detail is bar none. The home was equipped & stocked with everything we needed and more. Communication before, during, & after our stay was excellent. Even if the weather isn’t a beach day, Sunblest is a great place to watch movies by the fire, do puzzles on the large dining table, or curl up with a book on the covered porch. We would love to stay here again, next time for more than 3 nights.

Summary: Home is fully equipment with everything you need to enjoy a stay in OC. Location is beyond perfect to access boardwalk, beach & downtown area. Home is extremely clean and comfortable. Our family had a blast. Owners were very friendly and pleasure to work with.

Summary: We spent the weekend at this property in celebration of a family members 70th birthday & to enjoy the 1st night festivities. The property was clean, the owner provided everything we needed, and was quick to reach out when we initially booked & whenever questions came up. Our location was great too —just a couple blocks away from the boardwalk, Jillys Arcade for the kids, & a close walk to downtown. Would definitely rent this spot again!
